2019 Color Trends: A Special Presentation from Benjamin Moore Paints

Candice Carter Smith, IIDA, NCIDQ, Architectural & Design Representative with Benjamin Moore & Co. will present a review of popular paint color trends in American homes in 2019. Color is an important part of our lives, and Candice will use illustrations to reveal how we can better understand the use of colors for bold statements or calming retreats. She will also include a special overview of the historically-inspired color palettes of Williamsburg and review new technology for paint colorant, for those curious about appropriate color themes for older homes. This presentation is part of our Lindley Park Tour of Historic Homes & Gardens neighborhood celebration that will culminate on tour weekend May 18-19.
