A “Royal Ramble” through the Gardens of Miramichi

Join us for a Saturday morning English Country Garden “Royal Ramble” through Miramichi home and grounds. Enjoy cucumber sandwiches, tea, scones, Royal Wedding Cake, and a signature Miramichi morning cocktail, while leisrely enjoying this morning stroll.
The event includes a the historic Miramichi home, thought to date from 1835, and a self-guided walking tour with map to the curvilinear pool and grotto, fireplace patio, former pool and dam, boxwood garden, boathouse/former lake, and arboretum. Where: Kellenberger Estate, 1415 Kellenberger Drive, Greensboro NC 27406
Directions: From South Elm Street, turn left onto E. Gate City Blvd. Merge onto I-40 E/I-85 Bus N via the ramp on the left toward Burlington/Durham. Take the McConnell Rd exit, EXIT 226, turn right onto McConnell Road. Turn left onto Kellenberger Dr. in 1.4 miles. In ¼ miles, Miramichi (1415 KELLENBERGER DR) is on the right.
Attire: Garden party. Wellies/garden shoes strongly encouraged. Fascinators, hats, and ascots are encouraged!
Parking: Is on-site, drop off at house available, but this tour requires walking.
Admission tickets are $30 to Preservation Greensboro members, $35 to general public.
